DESCRIPTION
William Butcher (b. 1791-1870, Sheffield) is best known for wrought chisels and other edge tools. This is an early mark dating circa 1820s. I’ve never seen another food chopper with a “Butcher” mark. Beautiful and rare kitchen implement.
