Plush medallion carpet with lavish white corners and brown natural wool foundation. Classic Qashqai composition and iconography. 6x9— among the scarcest sizes in antique Oriental rugs. Opulent and decorative piece. What makes this rug so pretty is the abundance of white in the corners and elsewhere.

CONDITION
Innocuous 6" miter center of main border at far end (v., photo 5). Aside from that VG condition, thick and plush. Original barber pole sides are 95% intact.
