DESCRIPTION
Dramatically figured maple with excellent color and patina. This is the first and only tiger maple Chip mirror I’ve ever seen that was NOT a repro.

CONDITION
The glass and backboards are late 19th cent replacements. Between glass and board are three early rag paper pages in archaic German. If original to the frame it is possibly evidence for Southeast PA provenance.
