DESCRIPTION
Really old. At least 18th cent if not earlier.  Proportionally deep (alludes to early manufacture).  Dramatic figuring is tight, compact, and evenly distributed throughout the bowl. Crisply turned rim and foot. Lovely color and patina. Excellent size. Beautiful old piece.

CONDITION
 Aside from the various fissures and other knotty little imperfections that are characteristic of this wood there was a larger knot hole that was sealed with filler. Aside from this, well used but good. Examine photos carefully.
