Antique Open Field Persian Village Rug

0.00

SIZE
3 ft 2 in x 4 ft 9 in.

DESCRIPTION
Single weft; probably West Persian. When the Navajo invented Navajo rugs at the Bosque Redondo they were emulating the American officer's Oriental rugs. This might be the rug they were emulating. If you like simple geometric open field rugs-- this is your guy.

CONDITION
Low but even with no foundation showing. Ends were stabilized as shown.

Please Note: We will never post a rug that has odors, urine, dry rot, insect damage or other hidden issues. Please feel free to call us at the shop for concise in-hand condition reports: 314.222.1110
