Reference Martin and Tucker vol 4 pp. 68 for close comp with rare blue leaves. "Connecticut designs Group 1."   Roses with white border. Rare middle size (smaller and larger ones are most abundant). A fine example with dry untouched surface.

CONDITION
Well used but most of the enamel work is solid. The pictures tell the Story. Please examine the photos.
