Possibly Edward Francis (Ref Martin and Tucker v. 4: fig 1.22). Vivid floral orbs along with animated yellow detail associated with Berlin CT and/or Oliver Filley tinshop. Elegant goose neck form with delicate spout. Fine splashy piece of early Connecticut tinware.

CONDITION
Good with some minor attrition of asphaultum. Paint work solid and sturdy. Examine photos carefully.
