DESCRIPTION
Possibly Southeast Pennsylvania/Lancaster County. Stylish maker’s mark is easy to see; not so easy to interpret. My best guess is that the second letter is a combination of A and M. Thus, name might be “Ismaile” which has a bit of Germanic/ Amish/Mennonite flavor. Further research warranted. ex- venerable Connecticut dealer/collector Harold Cole
